Before you write
- Where’s my order? Your shipping email has a USPS tracking link. If it hasn’t moved in 7 days, write to us with your order number.
- Something arrived damaged? Send your order number and a photo within 14 days, and we’ll replace it or refund you.
- Hosting a circle, or running a studio, café or shop? Cacao for circles, studios and shops has quantities and an inquiry form.
- On Instagram? We’re @alpaka_cacao. Tag us in your cup; we always ask before we repost.
